It really hasn’t.

If you stand in the yard of Frederick Douglass’ house in Anacostia, you can see a beautiful view of the city, with the Capitol Building in the middle of the landscape. But Anacostia is one the poorest neighborhoods in the NATION, not just DC. 

No, it really hasn’t changed at all.
